Hi all, I'm Cat.
I love all things yoga and know that yoga practices can help create a sense of balance in today’s hectic world. I have first hand experience of knowing that despite age, flexibility or experience, yoga practice can result in improved mental and emotional wellbeing. I first started teaching in 2014 after completing several teacher training courses
across Thailand and India. I’ve gone on to complete training in yin yoga, pregnancy yoga, kids and family yoga, chair yoga and yoga for PTSD, depression, anxiety and addictions. I love helping people to discover they have the tools and skills to better deal with stress and improve their general health and wellbeing. I work with various community groups and organisations across Lanarkshire and Glasgow, delivering yoga and wellbeing sessions.
